My Approach

Affectionately known as "Momma Tia". With over 30 years of marriage and life experience as a mother and grandmother, I bring compassion, wisdom, and real-world understanding into the therapy space. I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating addiction, grief, relationship challenges, and family dynamics, offering support that is both nurturing and practical.

My approach is warm, trauma-informed, and grounded in connection. As an ordained minister, I offer Christian counseling for clients who want faith integrated into their healing, while always respecting each person’s beliefs and values. I use a family systems lens, along with motivational interviewing and reality therapy, to help clients understand patterns, strengthen relationships, and make meaningful, sustainable changes. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where healing, hope, and resilience can grow.
