When life feels overwhelming, waiting days and weeks for therapy isn't always an option. Journey to Clarity offers same-day therapy appointments for those who need support now.
Insurance accepted. Free sessions are available for those that qualify.
We recommend locking in your timeslot to ensure that you are not waiting.
How do same-day appointments work?
Same-day therapy appointments are available for adults, teens, and children during designated walk-in hours.

Mon-Thurs from 10am-6pm

Saturadays from 10am-2pm on Saturdays
We checking availability in the morning or the night before, as same-day appointments are first-come, first-served and may fill quickly.
Who will you meet with?
Same-day thearpy appointments are reserved for first-time clients adn individuals seeking urgent emotional support.

Are new to Journey to Clarity

Need immediate support and cannot wait for future appointments
Same-day therapy is not intended for ongoing or regualrly scheduled sessions.
Who will you meet with?
Same-day sessions are provided by our clinical interns, who are under the direct supervision of Dr. Cobb. If additional support is needed, a licesned therapist is available for consultaiton.
Following your session, you may choose to:

Continue care with a licensed therapist, or
-
Continue working with the same intern, if appropriate
Insurance & Payment

Clinical interns can accept Medicaid and Private Pay ($50-$30)

Licensed therapists accept commercial insruance, Medicaid, and Private Pay ($150-$100)

Your insurance will be verfied by the end of your same-day appointment and our administrative team will review your options with you

To expedite this process, please book in advance and upload your insurance card prior to your appoitnemnt

FAQ's
What should you bring? Please bring a valid photo ID and Insurance Card (if applicable).
What if I don't have insurance? No worries, our admin team will ask you to complete our No-Cost therapy form to review available options.
Same-day therapy is not intended for psychiatric emergencies. If you or your child are in immediate danger to yourself or someone else, please call 988 or go to the nearest emergency room.
