Meet Larrija

Many teens today are carrying more than they let the world see. Beneath the surface, they may be struggling with low self-esteem, body image concerns, depression, grief, or the lasting impact of childhood trauma — all while trying to keep up with the pressures of school, friendships, and expectations. I specialize in working with adolescents who feel judged, misunderstood, or disconnected from themselves. Many of the teens I support have experienced body shaming or have begun to see themselves through a critical lens, leaving them unsure of their worth or how to practice self-acceptance.
