My Approach
I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, panic disorder, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and spiritual struggles. Many of my clients are carrying heavy responsibilities while trying to remain strong for those around them, often leaving little time or energy for themselves. I strive to create a compassionate and supportive environment where clients feel safe to explore their experiences, process difficult emotions, and develop the skills needed to move toward healing, growth, and greater emotional well-being. For clients who desire it, I also offer the integration of faith and biblical principles into the therapeutic process.
I believe healing involves caring for the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Strengths-Based Therapy, while remaining tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. Together, we will identify barriers to growth, build practical tools for change, and strengthen the skills needed to navigate life's challenges with confidence. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, discouraged, or simply in need of a safe place to process, you do not have to face it alone. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you work toward healing, resilience, and lasting growth.
